​​FCD Membership is comprised of Directors, C-Level Executives and those who contribute expertise and support to corporate boards. We welcome individuals who are interested in promoting boardroom leadership and effectiveness by participating in our educational programming and peer forums.

​Members of FCD enjoy complimentary admission to all regular FCD programs which feature nationally and regionally recognized expert speakers on contemporary governance and director issues. Members also receive one ticket to FCD's annual Director of the Year Award event.
