Hoshi Printer Bio

Hoshi Printer has more than four decades of impressive board, general and financial management experience spanning a wide range of industries. His expertise includes board roles especially in audit committees, dealing with Wall Street, capital raising, improving operational effectiveness, and restructuring organizations.

He serves on the boards of one public company and two private companies.

Printer is on the board of directors of Lantronix, a public technology company (LTRX), where he is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of Compensation Committee, and Nominating / Governance committee.

He currently serves on the boards of AerNos, a nanomaterials gas sensors company, and of Transient Plasma Systems (TPS), a technology startup dealing with plasma applications.

Till July 31, 2020, he was a Board member and served on all three committees at Hyland’s, a family owned privately held company established in 1903, the largest in its sector in the U.S., and completed a successful transaction to a private equity group.

He is designated as a Board Leadership Fellow by NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) and is a board member of its Pacific Southwest Chapter.

Printer has served as CFO for ten technology companies, three of which he took public, in sectors that include the Internet, ecommerce, software, storage, and biosciences.

Printer began his career at Xerox Corporation, where he spent 17 years, the last six as Vice President of Finance.

Printer’s academic credentials include an M.B.A. from Stanford, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering, and a B.S. in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. He served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army and is a Vietnam veteran.
