Directors’ Institute

Historically, the Directors’ Institute has featured discussions on the most relevant and important topics in boardrooms at a given time. This program has allowed directors and officers to participate in a stimulating exchange of ideas and to hear from top business leaders and national practitioners in the field of corporate governance.

FCD is in the process of developing new content and ideas for future Directors’ Institutes. While there is not an Institute scheduled for 2011, we anticipate bringing a new, improved program back as early as 2012.
