Director Education

The Forum for Corporate Directors offers broad-based educational and interactive programs for directors serving on boards of both public and privately held companies, as well as educational offerings for more narrowly defined groups. The intent of all FCD programs is to bring together directors and executives for discussion in a forum where relevant experiences can be shared and participants learn from both peers and expert content providers who are invited to participate by FCD. The content of these programs goes well beyond typical topics of corporate governance to cover a variety of issues that arise in the board room today. In addition, prestigious educational institutions partner with FCD to provide university-accredited programs for executive level audiences.

Directors’ Institute – For the past 7 years the FCD Directors’ Institute has provided directors and executives an intensive 2-day program of intimate panel discussions with prominent speakers in a unique peer-to-peer environment.

In-Boardroom Education- FCD Corporate Members may take advantage of customized education sessions for directors or an executive team or corporate department with top tier professional service providers, highly experienced directors and other experts only accessible through FCD’s connections.
