The Forum for Corporate Directors offers broad-based educational and interactive programs for directors serving on boards of both public and privately held companies, as well as educational offerings for more narrowly defined groups. The intent of all FCD programs is to bring together directors and executives for discussion in a forum where relevant experiences can be shared and participants learn from both peers and expert content providers who are invited to participate by FCD. The content of these programs goes well beyond typical topics of corporate governance to cover a variety of issues that arise in the boardroom today.
Executive Compensation Conference – Presented in partnership with Cal State Fullerton’s Mihaylo College of Business & Economics, the Executive Compensation Conference focuses on key executive compensation issues and is designed to prepare Compensation Committee Members, Directors, CEOs and other C-Level executives for the upcoming proxy season.
Governance Outlook – A unique event that focuses on hot-button issues and offers thought leadership for directors, CEOs, CFOs, General Counsels, and other senior advisors. Governance Outlook events have allowed the attendees to anticipate issues in their boardrooms in the fourth quarter and be prepared to ask relevant questions of advisors and management.
Special Events & Briefings – Periodically FCD members and special guests will be invited to private programs of interest to directors and executives. These events are limited in size to facilitate a high level of interaction with the featured guest speaker.
